My latest on the Fast Company Blog. Yes, I like to complain. Yes, I will still fly Jet Blue. Why? Because when something really works, customers will actually stick around when it breaks. Not forever, of course, but for a while.

I'm with you, Jory. I'm willing to let JB work through their growing pains -- for the time being. (But it doesn't hurt that we've been visiting the East Coast in Spring and Summer when weather isn't an issue.)
