Thanks for the pointer. I have forwarded the link to some people here, we have a strong women's initiative at our company. I think they will be interested in doing something similar. I also suggested they look at BlogHer too.

That sounds like a really interesting space, Jory, I will bookmark that one for sure.
Interesting that the head writer also sees ahead for her son and the world he will have to deal with. I think Australian men have been quite forthcoming about wanting a good deal for themselves as parents too, not just for mothers. It would be good to see a shift towards family friendly workplaces, not just mother-friendly ones. Will there ever be such a thing? I wonder.
